• Students must have 80% attendance throughout the year to be eligible for the final examination. However, this can be relaxed on medical grounds.
  • Leave of absence is granted only with a PRIOR WRITTEN APPLICATION from parents or guardians for valid reasons.
  • Half-day leave will be granted only if the child is sick.
  • If a student is absent for five consecutive days without prior notice, their name may be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will require payment of a fresh admission fee.
  • A student returning after an infectious or contagious disease must present a doctor’s certificate stating they are fit to return.
  • Medically unfit children will not be allowed to take class tests or examinations.
  • All students are expected to attend school on the first day after each vacation. If absent due to sickness, a medical certificate must be presented for re-admission.
