KPS begins its academic session every April.

The admission process for various classes is outlined below. Parents must complete and submit the registration forms at the school reception on designated dates. Registration forms are also available online for convenience (refer below). Forms that are incomplete, illegible, or missing required documents and photographs will not be considered.

Upon confirmation of admission, parents are required to submit the necessary documents and pay the school fees.

Documents Required During Registration:

  • Recent photographs of the child, mother, and father (to be affixed on the form).
  • Attested photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
  • Photocopy of Proof of Residence (e.g., latest electricity bill, ration card, Aadhaar card, driving license, or any other government-accepted document).

Registration forms can be collected from the school office . Please note that registration does not guarantee admission, as the final decision rests with the school management.
